Can we request a particular theme or featured drink?
Absolutely—share the idea. We’ll discuss which flavors and presentation options are possible and confirm any additions in your quote.
Do you clean up the whole venue?
Our breakdown covers our booth, equipment, and beverage-service area. General venue cleaning and other vendors’ areas remain with your event arrangements.
Can we book a lemonade booth for a sports tournament or league event?
Yes. We welcome softball, baseball, soccer, and other sports-event inquiries. Share the game schedule, field location, estimated attendance, and the venue’s concession rules. We’ll work through the serving window and booth placement with your organizer.
Do you serve school, student, and church events?
Yes. We bring the booth to school family nights, field days, student celebrations, church picnics, youth events, and other community gatherings. Tell us who is attending and your program schedule so we can discuss a suitable drink selection and setup.
Can guests buy their own drinks, or can our organization host them?
We can discuss either arrangement when planning your event. Your quote confirms how drinks will be paid for, the menu, quantities, and serving time. For a fundraiser, share your goals early so any special arrangement can be considered and agreed in writing.
What information should I send first?
Your date or preferred timeframe, venue or city, estimated attendance, and event type are a great start. If you don’t have every detail yet, we can start with what you know.
Can you serve indoors or outdoors?
Tell us about the venue and available space. We’ll discuss access, surface, overhead clearance, utilities, and any venue restrictions before confirming the setup.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
Reach out once you have a date or a likely timeframe. We’ll check availability and work through the details with you; an inquiry alone does not hold the date.
Can you work around speeches, games, or a ceremony?
Share your timeline. We’ll plan an agreed arrival and service window around the moments that matter, including venue access and pack-down time.
