Thirsty Dragon uses the information you share to respond to event inquiries and, when you choose to subscribe, send flavor and event updates.
Event inquiries
The booking form asks for your name, email address, event type, date or date preference, location, and estimated guest count. You may also share a phone number, venue, drink preferences, or a message. We use those details to discuss your event and manage the inquiry. An inquiry does not reserve a date or subscribe you to marketing emails.
How information is handled
Submitted event details are stored in our website database with encrypted inquiry content. Our transactional email provider, Resend, processes inquiry notifications and acknowledgment emails when online submission is enabled. Our hosting and business email services also process information needed to operate the website and respond to you.
Newsletter choices
Newsletter signup is separate. Entering your email and choosing “Sign me up” requests our flavor and event updates. When available, Sender processes your email subscription. We record the consent you give with the signup. You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter. We do not automatically reactivate an unsubscribed address through this form.
Cookies and external links
The website uses essential session cookies for form security and reliable operation. When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our public pages. We do not send form contents or URL query parameters to analytics, and advertising features are disabled. You can accept or refuse optional analytics through Cookie Preferences in the footer. We honor saved refusal and Global Privacy Control; visitors in our configured consent regions are asked first. Essential form cookies remain necessary. Social links open other services, which have their own privacy practices.
