Does your team have food-safety certifications?
Yes. Our managers, Daryl and Olga Auclair, both hold ServSafe Food Protection Manager certifications. All employees and assistants hold California-approved food handler cards.
Can I inquire without a date?
Absolutely. Tell us what you know so far, even if the date is still up in the air.
Can we choose our drink lineup?
Tell us your favorites and we’ll discuss the options for your event. Availability and the final selection are confirmed together.
What does the booth need?
Share your venue, access, and available power or water. We’ll work through setup requirements before confirming the event.
Does an inquiry reserve my date?
No. Sharing your event details starts a conversation. We’ll confirm availability and booking arrangements with you separately.
Do I need to know my final guest count?
An estimate is a good starting point. Share your best estimate, or let us know you’re still working it out. We’ll confirm quantities and service details as the event takes shape.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We review your details and follow up to discuss availability, the drinks, and the setup. Your date and package are confirmed separately through the booking arrangements.
Can I ask about a school, sports, or church event?
Absolutely. Share your event type, location, expected attendance, and schedule. We’ll discuss a service plan for your gathering.
What if my venue or plans change?
Let us know as soon as you can. We’ll review the new details together; changes to service or booking arrangements need to be agreed with our team.
